Genevieve DeLucchi Anderson
I am a lifelong resident of North Carolina. I began my career in architecture and marketing but found real estate when I moved back to Asheville from Charlotte after college. I'm a lover of all things design but mid century modern and danish modern furniture design really revs my engine. I am a buyer's and sellers' agent but my love is working with first time home buyers and making sure they are comfortable and educated throughout the home buying process. I am passionate about social justice, intersectional feminism, and environmentalism; I strive to make changes everyday to work towards a more equitable and sustainable society. With every transaction closed, I make a donation to support the fight against systemic racism.
Marc Tickle
Having nurtured a successful and tremendously rewarding business designing award-winning kaleidoscopes and optical sculptures for more than 20 years, I found that I really missed working with a team. Having earned my NC real estate license I joined Carolina Green Realty. This has been the collaborative environment I was looking for, not just the incredible support of the entire firm, but the interactions with amazing clients. I realized that forming relationships and working to help clients discover their real estate dreams and goals is a creative and rewarding experience, not unlike the creative aspect of my past experiences. The skills I developed over the years in my optical-arts business have transferred seamlessly into real estate, where the collaborative process is key in identifying a client's needs to discover a solution that surpasses their expectations. Originally from England, I have been getting to know Western North Carolina for 20 years now and get to call these mountains home, along with my wife and two little kiddos.
Jeremy Rabuck
I am inspired by my Cajun roots as evidenced by strong family ties and a desire to live a full, productive and healthy life. Family vacations would often find me in North Carolina where, as a family we enjoyed camping and hiking.
Early on, I completed the climb to Eagle Scout and built a successful landscaping endeavor prior to working as a Ranger in the Carolinas. After graduating from UNC Charlotte with a BFA in printmaking, I moved to the mountains, where, in my heart, I knew I wanted to settle.
Purchasing my first home was an emotional experience for me knowing that it was a decision I would live with for a long time and the results have been truly rewarding. Attaining a real estate license was a natural next step and coupled with my love for the environment I pursued and became the 2nd Green Realtor in the state of North Carolina. Matching folks up with the home of their dreams is a passion of mine. I love it! Selling property of every conceivable kind and having a close relationship with my clients – learning what they want and need in a home – takes patience, persistence and skill and I am well qualified with years of experience to meet these objectives.
In my spare time I enjoy sports, hiking and table tennis where I continue to serve as President of the Asheville Table Tennis Club.
My goal has always been to be the best I can be, to look at the good in others and in oneself, knowing that everything else will fall into place.
